Lucia Crespo
Founder and Speech-Language PathologistLucia Crespo, MSc. CCC-SLP, Reg. CASLPO is a Speech-Language Pathologist registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). With over 10 years of experience, she began her career as a Communicative Disorders Assistant working with individuals on the autism spectrum and with neurodevelopmental needs.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, Lucia supports children with complex medical and communication needs, autism, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), articulation, and language challenges. She also works with adults navigating voice concerns and other cognitive and language needs.
Lucia is a strong advocate for collaboration with parents and educators, and enjoys teaching workshops on complex communication, AAC, and early language development. She contributes to the profession as an Assistant Clinical Professor in Rehabilitation Sciences at McMaster University, and regularly hosts SLP students to support their academic journey.
Outside the clinic, Lucia enjoys going on walks with her dog Sam and reading a good book.
Speech-Language PathologistNatalie May
Natalie May, MSc. SLP, Reg. CASLPO, is a Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys supporting individuals of all ages and abilities with their communication, literacy, and language skills. She holds a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from McMaster University and a Bachelor's degree in Behaviour, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Windsor.
Natalie brings experience across paediatric and adult populations, including work with the school board, literacy groups at the Down Syndrome Association of Hamilton, and adult rehabilitation settings. Her areas of focus include augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), literacy development for clients with autism spectrum disorder and Down syndrome, and functional communication for adults with traumatic brain injuries.
Natalie tailors each session to meet her clients' unique needs and interests, keeping things both functional and fun.
Outside the clinic, Natalie enjoys bird watching, playing board games, and painting.
Communicative Disorders AssistantKatrina Prabucki
Katrina Prabucki, CDA, is a Communicative Disorders Assistant with over 15 years of experience and a background in Early Childhood Education. She is passionate about working with and advocating for clients on the autism spectrum, and brings extensive experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems.
Katrina's approach centres on connection and creating enjoyable sessions while building new skills. She works closely with the Speech-Language Pathologists on the team to provide responsive, individualized support.
Outside the clinic, Katrina loves spending time with her dogs and family, and playing soccer.
Communicative Disorders AssistantKaren Mueller
Karen Mueller, CDA, Karen is a Communicative Disorders Assistant with 23 years of experience across hospital, school board, and private practice settings. She supports children and adults through individualized plans that address articulation, language, social communication, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and functional communication.
Karen is passionate about creating engaging, hands-on activities, visual supports, and interactive materials that make sessions both purposeful and enjoyable. She is committed to building confidence and supporting authentic expression in every client she works with.
Outside the clinic, Karen enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, and finding new ways to bring creativity and fun into her work.
Communicative Disorders AssistantLeah Siebenga
Leah Siebenga, B.A. (Hons), CDA, is a Communicative Disorders Assistant with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work (Honours) from Redeemer University and a graduate certificate from the Communicative Disorders Assistant program at Conestoga College.

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Abby Caines
Abby Caines, SLPA, is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant and recent graduate of McMaster University's Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program. She brings experience across private clinics, schools, hospitals, and home settings, working with both children and adults.
Abby provides support in the areas of articulation, phonology, apraxia, developmental language, literacy, fluency, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), motor-speech, voice, acquired communication disorders, and cognitive communication.
Outside the clinic, enjoys finding new cafes, browsing for books, thrifting, and attending concerts.
