Incredible Speech & Co. is comprised of Speech Language Pathologists and Communicative Disorders Assistants who provide services in a variety of locations.

A comprehensive assessment of your or your child’s communication needs is completed on the initial visit. Following the initial visit, therapy is provided on a 1:1 setting to target each therapy goal.

Initial Assessment- $180

Reassessment/Screenings- $160

Reports- $100

Written reports are provided upon request but are not included with assessments.

Therapy

60 min Follow-Up Session- $160

45 min Follow-Up Session- $140

30 min Follow-Up Session- $110

Assessment at TEAD

Initial Assessment- $240

Reassessment/Screenings- $220

Reports- $100

Horse Accompanied Therapy

60 min Follow-Up Session- $220

45 min Follow-Up Session- $200

30 min Follow-Up Session- $180

Our rates are based on the fees recommended by Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC).

Fees for service include time spent by clinicians preparing for individualized therapy as well as documenting progress in preparation for the next visit..

Fees for services by a Speech-Language Pathologist are covered by most group insurance plans.  We provide receipts with every payment, which you can submit to your insurance provider.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy

  • Is Speech Therapy covered by OHIP?

    • Unfortunately Speech Therapy is not covered by OHIP. However, Speech-Language Pathologists are Regulated Healthcare Providers and many health insurances benefit plans in Ontario include services for Speech Therapy. If you are unsure, contact your provider.

  • Do you have a physical location?

    • Yes! You can visit us at the two following locations:

      • KORE PMT at 1000 Upper Gage Ave. Unit 3, Hamilton ON.

      • TEAD Therapeutic Riding Centre at 8360 Leeming Rd, Mount Hope, ON

  • Will I get a receipt to submit to my insurance?

    • Yes! We provide a receipt within 24 hours of services.
