Incredible Speech is a private Speech Therapy practice providing services to adults and children with communication needs in the Hamilton area.
Our priority is you, (the client!), and making sure our services are meeting your needs. Our clinicians ensure therapy is engaging for children while also working on goals to improve effective communication. We also believe in collaboration to put your priorities first so you can communicate at your full potential in everyday life.
Change doesn’t happen overnight but we strive to make a difference in the long term!

Speech-Language Pathologists
Lucia Crespo, SLP, Reg CASLPO
Lucia is a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and founder of Incredible Speech & Co.
She has been working in the field of Speech Therapy for 10 years. She worked for many years as a Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with Neurodevelopmental Disorders. Now as an SLP, she continues to support children with complex medical and communication needs, Autism, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), articulation, and language challenges. She also has a passion for working with adults with voice concerns and other cognitive and language challenges. Lucia strongly believes in collaboration with parents and educators to support their children, and enjoys teaching workshops on complex communication challenges, AAC, and early language communication whenever possible.
Lucia contributes to the profession at McMaster University as an Assistant Clinical Professor for Rehabilitation Sciences and often hosts SLP students to help them on their academic journey.
On her free time, Lucia enjoys going on walks with her dog Sam and reading a good book.
Natalie May, SLP, Reg CASLPO
Natalie is a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys supporting individuals of all ages and abilities with their communication, literacy, and language skills. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from McMaster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Behaviour, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Windsor.
Natalie has experience working both with paediatric and adult populations, through her time working at the school board, running literacy groups at the Down Syndrome Association of Hamilton, and internships at adult rehabilitation centres. Natalie’s experiences have built her knowledge in working with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and on literacy skill development for clients with autism spectrum disorder and Down Syndrome, and on functional communication skills for adults with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) to name a few. She tailors therapy sessions to meet clients’ unique needs and interests to ensure they remain (fun)ctional!
Outside the clinic, Natalie enjoys bird watching, playing board games, and painting!

Abby Caines, SLPA
Abby Caines is a recent McMaster University graduate with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and is currently working as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Her experience comes from diverse placements throughout the program. She has worked with children and adults in private clinics, schools, hospitals, and homes. Abby has worked with clients in the following areas: articulation, phonology, apraxia, developmental language, literacy, fluency, augmentative and alternative communication, motor-speech, voice, acquired communication disorders, and cognitive communication. Abby has a passion for creativity, adventure, and learning. This drives her to be a thoughtful, inquisitive, SLPA who practices evidence-based and client-centered care.
Karen Mueller, CDA
Karen is a dedicated Communicative Disorders Assistant who has worked in hospital and school board environments and private practice. She has 23 years experience supporting children and adults with improving their communication skills. She implements individualized therapy plans that target articulation, language skills, social communication, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and functional communication. Karen is passionate about creating engaging, hands-on activities, visual supports and interactive materials that make sessions both fun and functional to meet the diverse needs of her clients. She is committed to fostering confidence and meaningful communication.
Joanne Peters, CDA
Joanne is a dedicated Communicative Disorders Assistant who is passionate about helping children enhance their communication, which enhances their lives. She has worked in schools for 20+ years and also has the pleasure of working in private practice with Incredible Speech’s Speech-Language Pathologists and team. Joanne provides support to children with articulation, language and Augmentative Alternative Communication needs.
During her free time, she enjoys exploring nature and studies consciousness, thoughts and loves upleveling her life.
Katrina Prabucki, CDA
Katrina is a skilled (Communicative Disorders Assistant) CDA with over 15 years experience. She has an Early Childhood Education background and passion for working with and advocating for clients on the autism spectrum. Katrina has extensive experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems. Her therapy approach comes from a place of connection and creating fun while targeting new skills.
In her free time she loves spending time with her dogs and family as well as playing soccer. Katrina’s work involves collaborating closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to provide effective therapy and ensure the best outcomes for her clients.
Leah Siebenga, CDA
Leah holds a B.A. in Social Work (Hons.) from Redeemer University, and a graduate certificate from the Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) program at Conestoga College. Her hobbies include being outside and enjoying nature, reading, listening to music (especially in concert!), playing board games, and anything related to the sport of volleyball. She loves being with people, hanging out with friends and family, and is so glad to be part of the Incredible Speech & Co. team!

Do you love horses? So do we!
We have partnered up with TEAD for a unique clinical service experience. Whether you just want to be on the farm and work on building your speech and language skills away from the horses (and see them later), or work on your goals while having a furry friend to practice them on; we have you covered!

We know life gets busy! This is why we offer in-home services, so you don’t have to go anywhere. These visits only require you to find us a quiet space where we can work 1:1 with you or your child..
