We provide relationship-based and neurodiversity-affirming support for children, teens, and adults with communication needs. Whether in our clinic, in your home, or through one of our community partnerships, connection comes first.

At Incredible Speech & Co., we believe every person has a right to be heard and understood, in whatever way works best for them. We prioritize connection first, recognizing that meaningful relationships are the foundation for authentic communication. Rather than focusing on changing how someone communicates, we support and expand each individual's unique way of expressing themselves.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Lucia Crespo
Lucia Crespo started her career as a Communicative Disorders Assistant, working directly with individuals on the autism spectrum and with complex communication needs. When she moved into the public sector as a Speech-Language Pathologist, she saw first-hand how limited services were for the people who needed them most.
That gap between need and access is what led her to open Incredible Speech & Co. She wanted to build a practice with a bigger reach, one that could support the individuals and families who had fallen through the cracks of an overstretched system.
Today, the goal remains the same: every person who walks through the door should feel supported, understood, and comfortable. Whether you are here for your child, your teen, or yourself, our team is here to help you build more meaningful relationships and live a more fulfilling life.

565 Sanatorium Rd, Unit 209, HamiltonOur clinic is wheelchair accessible with elevator access and an accessible washroom. Free client parking is available on site, with additional parking behind the building.
All appointments are booked through Jane, our electronic medical records system. You can schedule your visit online at any time.
TEAD
8360 Leeming Rd, Mount HopeLove horses? So do we. We have partnered with TEAD Therapeutic Riding Center for a unique clinical experience. You can work on speech and language goals on the farm, with or without a furry co-therapist by your side.

In-Home Services
Your home, apartment, office, wherever you are!Life gets busy. That is why we offer in-home visits, so you do not have to go anywhere. All we need is a quiet space where we can work one-on-one with you or your child.
